We’re off!

We took a week in August to visit a former graduate of the two-year Bible School previously run in Baimuru, Pastor Ilaia in Varia. We had a wonderful week! We visited with and received two applications from two men for the 2014 school year. We got to know Ilaia and his sweet wife Vanesa – and we spent enough time with their one-year-old little girl that the “white people” no longer frightened her! We went fishing with pastor’s family and some youth girls from the church. But the terrific catch we got that afternoon did not even compare to the “fishing” that went on at the school! We had a great time at the Religious Instruction class at the Primary School counseling 26 students that responded to the gospel!  It was fun Sunday preaching along side Ilaia and Danny, and we had many hours of profitable fellowship.
